Consistency requires repeatable controls
KINGUARD’s manufacturing article emphasises consistent material selection, lamination and inspection. Customers need agreed specifications, identification, batch traceability and relevant inspection records linked to their order. These support supply consistency; they do not replace fire-test evidence or require disclosure of internal formulas and process settings.
Distinguish a product reference from a test specimen
The source discusses EI30 and EI60 vision panels and explicitly distinguishes reference product models from a specimen list. Appearance in a product overview does not prove that every size, doorset and fixing arrangement was tested in the video. Trace the proposed configuration to the specimen and scope in the relevant report.
Use the same configuration through development and supply
For development work, exchange leaf and pocket drawings, panel size, rating and timetable before agreeing samples and evaluation or testing. Track component changes, drawing revisions and production specifications so the tested sample and delivered product remain aligned.
Project review checklist
- Link product reference, specification, quantity and batch identification.
- Compare the specimen description with the proposed supply, beyond video or model names.
- Review changes in writing and update drawings and orders together.
